At Hastings Physio and Health, our primary focus is getting you the best results in a safe environment. Before joining a core exercise class, all participants are required to meet with one of our exercise physiologists.
During the initial assessment, the exercise physiologist will take you through some of the foundations of Pilates, such as breathing, neutral posture and how to activate your core to ensure you are comfortable when you start classes.

Once you have completed an initial assessment, we will book you into one of our 45-minute classes.
Sassy Seniors - is a low-impact exercise class aimed at improving strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility all while having some fun.
Led by a qualified exercise physiologist, our Sassy Seniors program gives you movements and exercises specifically designed to target the areas where we might lose strength and flexibility as we age.
These 1-hour low-impact classes are also a great opportunity to make new friends and enjoy moving your body.
